Li Cheng

Li has specific expertise in real estate, land development and business law. Prior to starting his own practice, Li worked for all three levels of government and advised on major public land development projects.

Representing all types of business and land developers, Li has extensive experience on real estate and business purchase and sale transactions, and all aspects of residential and commercial development projects – from initial acquisition, structuring, assembly, financing, planning applications, registration of subdivisions and condominiums, to final unit sales.

In 2019, Li was selected as one of Hamilton’s top 40 under 40 entrepreneurs.
